Party Time.

We’d love to host your child’s birthday party! We have two rooms filled with play structures, games, toys and room to imagine. Your party incudes time in the beach room, climbing on the sailboat, jumping in the foam pit, doing art or lego play or the craft we’ve setup. Climb on the tractor, play in the sandbox, dress up, pretend to be a farmer in front of the barn! Exploring all Whirlygig has to offer while adults enjoy snacks or catching up with friends. Take part in a theme specific activity, celebrate with cake and head home…all without having to clear off your kitchen table!

Parties available at:

Sat: 10am-12pm• 12:30pm-2:30pm • 3pm-5pm • 5:30pm-7:30pm

Sun: 9:30-11:30 • 12-2pm • 2:30-4:30pm • 5-7pm

Mon-Fri: 4:30pm-8:30pm (booking on our website will show a 4:30pm start, if you want to start later just let us know after booking)

(you can extend your party on the first and last spots of the day)

Steps to plan your party:

  1. Fill out our Booking Form HERE

  2. Once you receive your confirmation we will follow up with you the next business day to confirm some final details including food, themes and any add ons.

  3. The week before your event we’ll confirm your headcounts and any additional details needed

 

Weekend PARTIES

Whirly-birthday! $599

($515 for weekday parties Mon- Fri)

  • 2 hours party time in the farm room, beach room and celebrating with cake.

  • 15 children ($18 each additional child); babies under 6 months are not counted. Birthday child counts towards the 15.

  • 50 adults ($5 each additional adult)

  • Special craft for the guests (may include an age appropriate craft or game)

  • “Happy Birthday” decorations throughout the space*

  • Water, juice boxes included

  • Reserved Parking Spot for Event Host

  • 2 Dedicated Event Staff

  • Event set-up and clean-up

  • Mon-Friday parties are welcome to bring their own freestanding decor.

Whirly- themed party! $749

($675 for weekday parties Mon-Fri)

Everything from Whirly-birthday AND

  • Basic Beverage Package (water bottles, juice boxes, tea & coffee)

  • One of our set party themes and all the pomp and decor to go with it

  • Your group activities will have a special theme based twist!

Custom Whirly-Extravaganza! $949

Everything from above PLUS:

  • Fully custom decor, done by our professional party planners and artists- arrive to a fully Pintrest’ed out event!

  • 18 children ($18 each additional child); babies under 6 months are not counted

  • Premium Beverage Package included (sodas, La Croix, juice boxes, bottled water, and coffee/tea)

All parties have a suggested gratuity of 18%, it is at your discretion.

Monday-Friday party perks:

  • bring your own decor, must be freestanding

  • you’ll have 30 min before the party to setup decor

Asian and Indian Catering is available

Bagels and Cream Cheese can be ordered as well for events

Sample Party Timeline

9:15am Host family arrives and begins unloading car with Event Staff.

9:30am Party Begins and Guests enjoy play time in the beach room and farm room, lego/art room and playing or doing an activity or game. Kids can play on the tractor or barn, play in the sandbox and more!

11am Cake is served! Additional food can also be served throughout time in the farm room. The beach room is closed so guests can help celebrate the birthday child altogether.

11:30am Happy Guests depart and Event Staff helps pack gifts and leftovers into Host’s car.

11:45am Host departs.

Photo Booth! $150 (includes backdrop, props, cameras and film for instant printing and take home souvenir- up to 60 photos)

Beverage Package:

  • Premium: $80 (Water, Lemonade, Coffee and Tea and La Croix, Juice boxes) serves 15 kids & 20 adults

You may bring your own food for no additional fees, up to 3 platters. additional platters will incur a $100 fee (up to 7 platters), 8 or more platters is $200.

Bagels and Cream Cheese: $80 (includes 2 dozen Bagels and 4 assorted Cream Cheeses)

Donuts (2 dozen) $60

2 bags of ice with ice bin: $10

Decorate Cupcakes! Have a cupcake station setup for the kids to frost and decorate their own cupcakes! $75 for 15 cupcakes (includes multiple frosting colors in piping bags, sprinkles and to go cupcake box if chosen)

Messy Play Activities! Have our team setup some theme specific messy play STEM based activities for your event $75 for 2 activities

Add Slime as one of your crafts or make your own playdoh!: $40 for the whole party!

Temporary/Tattoos: $50

Professional Face Painter: $199/1 hour (see photos on the left of her amazing work!)

Hosting a Surprise Guest (can include almost at princess, superhero, etc) $300- 1 hour visit

Magician: $150/30 minutes

Balloon Artist: $199/1 hour

Piñata: $125 (matches your theme and filled with small toys -or- candy and treats…you choose. bags provided to take treats home)
